Deal Rooms by ForgeOS

Turn creator replies into deals

Deal Rooms is the workspace for scouts who reach out to content creators. Instagram DMs and email replies come into one inbox, an AI assistant drafts answers you approve, and alerts make sure no interested creator waits too long.

Every reply in one inbox

Creators answer on Instagram DMs or by email. Both land on the creator's profile in Deal Rooms, from every account you connect.

AI drafts you approve

The assistant reads the chat and suggests a reply. You edit it, send it or ignore it. Money, contract and call questions always wait for you.

Alerts that don't let leads go cold

A push the moment someone replies, a reminder if it's still waiting, and a countdown to Instagram's 24-hour reply window.

Safe by default

Replies only to people who wrote first. Autopilot is off until you turn it on, and anyone who says stop is never contacted again.

How it works

  1. 1Sign in with your Forge Creators membership email.
  2. 2Connect your Instagram professional account and your Gmail with their official logins.
  3. 3Answer creators from one place, with drafts ready when you open a chat.

We ask Instagram only for your account's basic profile and its messages, and Google only for permission to send email for you; we can't read your inbox. Your data is never sold or used for ads. Details in our Privacy Policy.
